Phrase of the day: Floating shit is good shit, sinking shit is deep shit!

Ever paid attention to your daily poo? Check out this quote that I've heard from friends:
If your shit floats, it means you are eating healthy. If it sinks, let's just say that you need to ear better.
Lao sai aside, of course.
I'm trying to find an explanation on this, but online searches lead me to different (unreliable) explainations. What I heard from my friend is that: If you take enough fiber, your shit will float, and it is a reliable general eating habit indicator. And fiber naturally links us to more veggies and fruits.
I've personally tried this out and find it to be true. If I take more veggie (less meat and carb), my shit will start to float on the 2nd day poo~ Haha!
So, the next morning when you visit the toilet for your regular business, look down and check!
