I was forwarded this link. Its a 10+min phone conversation recorded and posted online. It is not hilarious, but instead, stupid and time wasting conversation that will get your blood pressure pumping.

It's about a lady calling in to Astro customer service and complaining. Sounds pretty normal so far? Well, the problem is that she is REALLY "complaining" up to the point of cursing.

I just had a few after-thoughts:

1. It is true and known fact that Astro does provide a "less-than-excellent" customer service.

2. The lady on the phone showed that she comes from a rich family that still instill the "Kasta" mindset on to their children. "Oh I'm from a wealthy, highly-educated family. You lower rank people should go and improve your english. If you (lower rank ppl) say the wrong things, I will sue you." What a shame that we live in the 21st century where the emphasize for equal rights are more than ever. (After making this statement, I'm suddenly reminded about our country..)

3. Just listen to how the lady treated her mother. Such disrespect. It just shows that she is an over-spoiled brat, which we seemed to see quite a lot nowadays, isn't it! Dear mother, karma has a funny way of biting back at you, doesn't it?

4. The customer service guy did not handle the situation well (I'm saying this even though morally, I'm on his side).

Ah well.. Just something to temporarily take your mind away from stressful Monday..
