Korean food

E-mail PDF

This is probably my 2nd or 3rd time eating Korean food, so don't really know how to comment on the authenticity of the food. But I've been to this little Korean restaurant at Amcorp Mall recently, and the food there is really nice (to my taste of course).

I ordered this fried kimchi with chicken, which is served on a layer of tofu.

It tasted very nice, albeit a bit on the spicy side (as many Korean styled cooking are).

The cute thing is this very thin but nice looking chopsticks. Kinda hard for a novice chopstick user like me to grab hold of it (too petite for my inexperienced fingers).

My favourite things

Two of my favourite things:
Husky + Golden Retriever
(Er.. what do you THINK I was going to say?)

I love dogs, they are such adorable animal. But I could never be committed enough to keep one. Thinking about all the dog poop and piss that you'd need to clean up everyday, not mentioning all the FUR flying around the house... Don't get me started on fleas..

Lazy to blog day

Saturday is lazy-to-blog day.

How's your weekend so far?

Weekend Fun

How could I miss out on the opportunity to join the Amazing Race?

Well, I couldn't. But things didn't go exactly "my way", but I'd still say I had fun. Lots of them.

The briefing was done in the car park. Chris's speech just gave me instant flash backs of all those "quarterly reports", which I though I'd never have to go thru again. Hahahaa, but he was brief, this time.

Some of the clues were more obvious for us, while some drives the whole car nuts!

Teams were given the usual tasks... : Like sort thru sampah..

Crawl thru muds..

We were hit by unsuspected traffic jams in the game.. Human traffic jam! The number of participating teams were so huge, it generated long queues at the parks and charity houses. Leaving all the poor aunties-n-children standing on the side waiting for their turn to play.

Everytime I come here, I get touched, Looking at people who have less than what we do, strving stronger to have a better life. It makes me feel sad about how much effort I'm putting in my life..

A sea so blue

E-mail PDF

I don't have a digital SLR (couldn't afford one yet) but I still loved capturing digital images.
For blogging? For remembering my trips? For showing off? All of the above, I'm afraid.

Something for the dreaded Monday Blues.

Everytime I come here, my troubles just fly away with the wind..
The cool cool wind..
And the sea so blue!

I left my heart in Monterey!
