Creative people can always come up with new products to sell using their local resources. If you know me enough, you'll know that I am NOT talking about my beloved country with THIS tone.

I know this could hardly be classified as "award winning" creativity, but I'd like to see more in our country. Anyways, here goes:

Location: Chatuchak weekend market, Chatuchak Park, Bangkok

The coconuts meat were scarped into slices and left in the opened shell.

One scoop of ice-cream is then filled inside the shell, on top of the previously scraped meat. Sprinkle chunks of nuts, and it's ready:

Opps, forgot about the spoon and the flag. Well, you get the picture. On a hot sunny day, after a long walk, this is a good treat!

Oh, they serve FREE coconut juice to go with the ice-cream too! How great is THAT!

The other day, while chatting with my friend, a question poped up in my mind:
"How do people meet up with each other before the era of mobile phones? How do we date?"

I came from that era, but I can't seem to recall how do we set up an appointment? Were we more punctual then? We never ffk? Were we more specific on when and where exactly to meet up? And we'd just stand there and wait for each other to come? Were we more patient then?

Nowadays ar.. I tell you ar.. Digital camera is so cheap that everybody owns one. What's more, DSLR is so common and affordable (to many) that it has become a standard accessory that every geek should own. You could've guessed by now that I'm one of those geeks who owns this:
